All orders placed with RetroShirt.com are subject to product availability. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Delivery Locations
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you wish to arrange delivery outside of these regions, please contact us directly to discuss options.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be confirmed once your order has been processed. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only, beginning from the date of dispatch (not the order date), and may vary depending on stock availability and seasonal demand.
Courier timescales:
- Royal Mail: 1-3 working days
- DHL Express: 1-2 working days (signature required)
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all Retro Shirts, smaller orders under £30 will have a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives with visible damage or if items are missing from your delivery, please contact us straight away at hello@retroshirt.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
